Thank you for visiting and shopping at YogaPaws.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates and Speed:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
We offer three shipping speeds:

NEXT BUSINESS DAY***
*Standard Delivery is 5-10 Business Days in the USA; 7-30 Business Days for International addresses.
**Expedited Delivery is 2-3 Business Days in the USA; 5-10 Business Days for International addresses. (Please note that Expedited Shipping is not available for all areas)
***Next Business Day Delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the contiguous United States. Next Business Day Deliveries must be placed before 10:00 AM PST for next-business-day delivery.
*Please note, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

FedEx
DHL
*The choice of carrier used to ship your package is at the discretion of our fulfillment center and is based upon the shipping speed chosen at checkout.
Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided by the carrier once your order is shipped. Once your order updates with the tracking number, an email will be sent to you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes on International Orders:
YogaPaws.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please email love@yogapaws.com for help.
